Refund Policy
A legal disclaimer
Bunny Tail Bakery has certain refund policies to ensure our own time and resources are respected, though we will always communicate with customers to be sure they are content. Our refund policies are as follows.

A full refund will be gifted if an order is cancelled at least 48 hours in advance of pick-up/delivery. A partial refund will be gifted if an order is cancelled 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations less than 24 hours before pick up/delivery may not be refunded at all. If you fail to claim your order, a refund will not be given.

To respect our own time and scheduling, we are not responsible for your order if you fail to claim it after a 5-hour window, unless you communicate a change in pick-up or delivery time.

If you are unsatisfied with your order, we urge you to contact us personally (through the 'Contact' page, our email, or social platforms). We do not typically offer refunds on goods after they have been received by the customer, however we may offer them in certain cases.​
